Because mission of DeepWebVPN and VPNs from the list are different. I sell anonymity and security, and they do something else.

1. Look at the shops from the list, most of them accept PayPal, Visa/Mastercard etc.
Have you ever tried to become a verified by PayPal? - PayPal will ask you for all documents including civil passport, utility bills and urine analysis. What anonymity can a VPN sell if the VPN owner cannot provide anonymity even to himself?

2. Next. Take NordVPN for example. It has 452 asian servers + 2263 european servers + 2356 american servers + 54 african servers = 5125 servers.

Let's say NordVPN uses cheap VPSes as a servers, about $20/mo. So, 5125 servers * $20 = $102500, it is a monthly fee for servers only.

One skilled Linux administrator can maintain 30-40 servers. A Linux System Administrator annual salary of year ranges from $42,500 to $136,000 nationally. Suppose the company save on administrators and every admin gets $42000 per year = $3500/mo.

So NordVPN has 128 (5125 servers / 40 servers per admin ) admins at least. 128 admins * $3500 = $448000, it is minimum total monthly salary of admins.

Advertising. Idk what their advertising budget is, but if NordVPN has 300k clicks per month (it is only 10k clicks per day from all over the world) NordVPN have to pay to Google Adwords about $250k - $300k ($0.83 - $1.00 per click) per month. And don't forget about custom-made articles in mass media like this or this or this.

Total monthly costs are: $102.5k (servers) + $448k (admins salaries) + $250k (Google Adwords) = $800500.
Suppose the average customer pays $7/mo.
How many customers does NordVPN need to have to be at least cost-effective. $800500/$7=114k regular customers every month.

Idk how many users use laptops, how many use smartphones, but NordVPN has 9.3k downloads in AppStore and 58k downloads in Google Play.
That's clearly not enough, is it? So, who pays for the banquet? Or mb NordVPN has money not only from VPN sells... mb it sells user's logs. Or mb it is big politic, someone finances NordVPN to control the world traffic against the will Russian Roskomnadzor or the Chinese firewall, what do u think about this?

3. VPN clients of NordVPN is compiled in advance, no one knows what's the code. My VPN clients is opensource.
4. Besides, the most of the VPNs from this list, and the site of list itself, have the same owner in Google Adwords, but, unfortunately, I cannot prove this by links
